Leni’s career started at Zaha Hadid Architects where she worked on a variety of projects at a range of scales, from large governmental buildings to furniture design, and was part of the team that delivered the Serpentine Sackler Magazine restaurant. Following her graduation from the Architectural Association as a recipient of the Henry Florence Studentship prize, Leni worked at Ben Adams Architects. In her role as Creative and Business Development Associate, she was involved in many areas of the practice, working closely with clients to gain an understanding of their goals and focus designs in the right direction.
Leni co-founded KAP Studios with her partners Michael and Ben in 2018 and opened offices in London and LA. Drawing on her rich international design background and talent for conceptualizing new buildings, she brings a visionary spark to every project she works on. Her experience ranges from high-density mixed-use resi-led projects in London to designing 400,000 sqm neighborhoods in central Bucharest, high-end residential developments in LA and boutique shopping malls in Cairo. Passionate about all scales of design from innovative master planning to careful interior detailing, Leni champions creative and flexible thinking while working with professional developers as well as private clients.
