The construction and development of cities has slowly changed the way people get along. The neighbourhood relationship that used to help each other has gradually become as it is now and no longer overlaps. As a result, urban communities have also entered a state of indifference and "sub-health". Nowadays, under the high-speed real estate development model, the humanistic value of the community becomes more and more valuable. CIFI Real Estate adheres to the mission of "building a better life with heart" and launches two series of themed life pavilions: the Smile Life Museum and the Smile Art Museum.
This project was originally an independent building resembling a luxury hotel. The owner hopes that while the sales center undertakes the pre-sale function, in order to avoid the subsequent sustainable use as a community supporting space, it will bring waste caused by demolition and renovation. Therefore, SUNS DESIGN uses the "smile" design concept to provide the community for future interaction. More possibilities were created, and the vitality of the community was reshaped in a more interesting space.
