Milina is 7,454 sqft new-construction waterfront residence in the Hamptons. Britto Charette designed every inch of the spacious interiors, including 7 beds/7 baths, & also furnished the ample exterior living spaces. Our design features a fun & unique guest bedroom (deep blue palette, plush velvets, & decorative wall details that create a deviation from the language of the design found throughout the rest of the residence), a bunk room to accommodate family & friends, a wine cellar, home theater (including daybeds & seats that can hold 10 people),a pool & ample outdoor living space. We added accent & feature walls, knife-edge ceilings, sculptural wall panels & more. Two of our favorite rooms: 1. The "Sunset Lounge" a hallway-turned-niche where clients can relax to water and sky views; it features warm wood finishes & furniture reminiscent of the Jetsons. 2. The "Champagne Room", our enchanting reimagining of London's Dandelyan Bar; it features a wall sconce by Dominick Leuci and custom pink banquette seating designed by our team. We designed custom furniture throughout the home, including benches, sidetables, & headboards that were crafted by Grafton.
