Meir’s Lavello sink range has solved the problem of deteriorating colored kitchen sinks by combining the latest innovations in nanotechnology with PVD finishes that have resulted in a truly superior scratch-resistant product designed for the luxury market but priced competitively for the mid-range consumer.

Our sinks withstand a high level of abrasion and wear due to the nano aggregate layer making them almost scratch proof.

The overall design is functional and contemporary optimized for easy installation and maintenance.

All material is tested and inspected to ensure the utmost quality is maintained.

A laser cutting machine is used to cut a 316-grade steel sheet, which then goes through a CNC Bending Machine to reduce errors and ensure the sink size is consistent on all sides and angles.

The sink is then welded using nitrogen equipment, followed by a spot and laser weld, then a polishing machine is used to smooth edges.

The sinks are baked in a state-of-the-art kiln before the nanotechnology process is applied as a coat on the sink.

After they are cleaned, the sinks are finished with a PVD coating in three luxurious finishes: tiger bronze gold, nickel, or gunmetal.
