SWAYS, is the 1st totally digital and eco-responsible building in France!
This offices transformation operation, which increased the surface area from 31,000 m² to 42,000 sqm is opening the former building to the city offering a new public place with a foodcourt, and creating biophilic place that is versatile, service-oriented and that improves quality of living. Here is the new generation of tertiary spaces with integrated AI tecnologies. In addition, a set of green terraces accessible to all employees have been installed on the roof.
