This is a public facility project in an apartment complex. The design team adds natural elements to create the image of a forest. An arc grille resembling a birdcage sets the visual theme, conveying the impression that when people moves around like birds, there is always a warm place to return.

The counter in the lobby simulating water waves matched with the ceiling spreading like ripples creates rhythm in the space. The background wall carved with pine and cypress is embedded with a hidden cabinet, which is delicate and practical.

Stepping into the curved grille, the use of dark brown wall and floor tiles, and the green seen through windows represents shades in the forest. The bird lamps is an equisite addition to decoration. In the multi-functional saloon, the tree installation art creates an attractive public space. Moving slowly to the elevator hall, the design team thoughtfully places a couch allowing people to put their feet up.

The floor-to-ceiling windows allows sunlight to shine through providing sufficient lighting and thus electricity consumption are decreased. The designer utilizes melamine boards which feature a long lifespan to preserve natural resources.
