The space contains dynamic artworks celebrating adidas’ commitment to its location, history, and industry. A vast map, of repurposed wood, picks out every building in Hong Kong overlaid by a metallic outline of the world; a mural of the city’s vibrant sporting landscape celebrates iconic events; nail and string art is brought back using surplus shoelaces; and a monumental frieze presents a pantheon of sporting archetypes, constructed from up-cycled sneaker manufacturing dies.
This isn’t recreation, it’s unapologetically sport.
