455 St Pierre, Apt. 420, in Canada’s historic Old Montreal is a project born of the symbiosis between client and studio. While informed by a singular personality, it is a clear and decisive evolutionary next step in the studio’s aesthetic journey.

The project had to deal with an earlier renovation that resulted in conflicting angles, wasted space, dysfunctional design, and darkness. With natural light, a smart and open linear orientation, and enduring design that contrasts warm organic materials with spare modern aesthetics, the studio transformed the space. 455 is at once multi-dimensional and unified.
