DESIGN STORY

Design for the Qing Dynasty's Bakery More than 300 years ago, The Qing - Dynasty China, during the reign
of Emperor Qianlong, the imperial chef -Mr.Chen retired and returned to his
hometown of Dongguan - China. He had a lifelong passion for cooking and founded the Phoenix Bakery to make imperial snacks - egg rolls.
The egg rolls were very popular in the community and became a local delicacy.
About 100 years ago,the shop moved to Hong Kong along with Chen's descendants. Unfortunately, several decades ago, no one inherited the family business due to Dr. Chen's passion for scientific research.
Dr. Chen also developed a secret ingredients from scientific research and nutritious high-selenium eggs to improve the quality of the egg rolls.
Now, a historical brand new Chinese bakery shop was planned and opened in Hong Kong at 2022,
The name is the Phoenix Bakery.
