Responding to generational change, a modernization and restructuring project was designed towards an augmented organization: collaborative, transparent, sustainable and people centric.
The functionality and dynamism of the project promotes collaboration due to flexible spaces, with finishing touches and privacy levels, where the focus is on its users, transforming their daily routines.
The materials dialogue to achieve their own architectural identity. The common axis between the different companies of the Group are minerals, and its textures are reflected in the flooring, finishes touches and ceilings.
The circulation is smooth and is differentiated by use. A multi-use space focused on training, private telephone booths, board rooms, individual workstations and relaxation spaces were specially included.
Aspects that promote sustainability were considered, such as the use of natural light, water and energy saving devices, waste separation centers, and bicycle storage spaces.
Through the offices’ architectural design, the cultural transformation was prioritized. The digitalization and collaboration together with the focus on the user, define spaces granting value to the project.
