The vision of showcasing Taoyuan to the world is realized by integrating the Taoyuan International Exhibition Center with the Taoyuan Aerotropolis, presenting a one-day exhibition that highlights the unique local features.
The design of the building draws inspiration from the description of Peach Blossom Spring in literature, where the banks were spacious with no trees, and adorned with beautiful fresh grass. This unique sight amazed the fishermen. The play of light and shadow resulting from the interaction of sunlight and peach blossoms creates a vibrant and prosperous ambiance of falling petals. The interaction between the main building and the entrance plaza, as well as the linking of the high-ceilinged lobby and vertical circulation spaces, create a visually stunning effect of falling petals. This concept is extended to the exhibition center's interior space, which follows the "box within a box" concept, producing an inspiring and positive energy for the future of Taoyuan.
