The ground-up construction of the Warren Street Hotel is a remarkable addition to New York City's architectural landscape. The facade, characterized by its striking cyan blue framework and bright yellow rooftop, stands out in the Tribeca neighborhood, showcasing a commitment to pushing design boundaries. With a nod to Tribeca's industrial heritage, the facade incorporates expansive windows and high beams, creating a visually captivating structure. Through attention to detail and the use of modern materials, the architects ensured both aesthetic appeal and long-term durability. A cladding system of rainscreen metal panels layered atop a concrete structure produces shadows and reflections against the lively facade while filling the interiors with natural sunlight. The cladding, made up of metal extrusions, results in sharper edges, cleaner finishes, and a longer lifespan. Guests can also enjoy unobstructed views of the iconic World Trade Center and Lower Manhattan from the rooftop.
