The proposal for a residential complex in Elounda, Crete focuses on seamlessly integrating architecture with the natural landscape, laying the foundation for denser development and aspiring to become an eco-friendly landmark community. The concept is grounded in principles that extend beyond the site's characteristics, incorporating sustainability and setting standards for future.

The design features horizontal planes that blur the boundary between built and natural environments. The front facade extends toward the sea, while a sunken courtyard enhances privacy and provides shelter from the elements. Local vegetation integrates the buildings with the landscape, creating a harmonious connection between the sea and the mountain, the artificial and natural.
This architecture embraces the interplay of light and shadow, offering residents a dynamic spatial experience throughout the day. The villas are positioned in a spiral formation, ensuring optimal views and seamless alignment with the landscape, while the integration of materials fosters a timeless connection with the surroundings, promoting a sense of place, identity, and a welcoming home.
