The project spans three levels—upper, middle, and lower—integrating functions such as exhibition, entertainment, hospitality, and recreational activities. The overall area combines vintage grandeur with modern restraint, perfectly echoing Shanghai's spirit of "embracing all rivers, integrating diverse elements." It silently conveys the luxurious elegance inherent in Shanghainese style.

The black wrought iron staircase, imbued with vintage memories, contrasts beautifully with the patterned stone flooring, showcasing the unique modernity and style of "Haipai" culture. As guests ascend the spiral staircase, they experience the space's charm from every angle through the turns, progressions, stops, and pauses. The staircase itself becomes a distinctive scenic element.

Lighting is a crucial medium for conveying spatial emotions. As visual focal points shift, the interplay of light creates a narrative-rich ambiance. Behind the vintage-style shutters, red velvet drapes decorate the walls, perfectly blending softness and rigidity with their sturdy backing.
