Situated in the vibrant city of Chengdu, the Ceramics Tea House embodies a revolutionary approach to tea culture and study. Inspired by the historical richness of Song dynasty porcelain, this space unites tradition with innovation. Designed to support a wide array of activities—from product launches and media tastings to scholarly gatherings and communal tea sessions—it encourages a comprehensive exploration of tea. Central to its design is a remarkable wall composed entirely of green ceramic cups, devoid of any words or pictures, representing the blend of individual experiences within the broader narrative of tea culture.

The facility is a testament to sustainability, employing natural, locally sourced materials and implementing advanced eco-friendly practices. Beyond its function as a research center, it acts as a global hub for tea enthusiasts, fostering exchange, collaboration, and a deeper appreciation of tea’s cultural and innovative dimensions. Through thoughtful design, the Ceramics Tea House invites a renewed engagement with the timeless tradition of tea, positioning itself as a beacon of knowledge, community, and cultural continuity in the contemporary world.
