The main objective of the project was to create an architectural planning solution for the site that would highlight the architecture of the houses and the existing picturesque landscape. It was also necessary to provide several functional zones for various scenarios of spending time and relaxing in nature. Thus, the site includes: a formal entrance group in a regular style with a pond, a small recreation area surrounded by fruit trees near the guest house, a shady garden in the Karelian style with swings, a lawn with a hammock and sun loungers that goes around the houses from the river side, an open fireplace area next to the river, a beach on the coast and a viewing platform with a bench surrounded by aquatic plants.
