Nestled on the 10th floor in suburban Shanghai lies POCN, a restaurant fusing Guangdong and Porto flavors. Upon entering the polished marble foyer lined with azulejos tileworks dancing in abstract patterns. Beyond lies a crimson universe beckoning guests into a captivating theatrical stage, with bold red drapes like costumes from Guangdong opera daringly crossing the high ceiling with acoustic panels cleverly concealed behind, bridging tradition and culture with futuristic contours.

The pièce de résistance is a long black communal marble table at the heart, placing culinary artists on a central platform for family-style meals seamlessly blending techniques and flavors into harmony. The experience extends into outdoor alcoves with the open kitchen spilling out, providing panoramic views for sophisticated al fresco dining.

Stepping outside, guests find themselves transported to an outdoor stage of undulating golden wheat and blending of Chinese brickwork and sleek metal shades offering contrasting textures. At POCN, all senses awaken to new dimensions where tradition inspires futurism and boundaries between art, architecture and dining dissolve into singular multi-sensory journey.
