The €80 million transformation of the Grade II Farsons Brewery, one of Malta’s finest industrial 20th century Art Deco buildings, into an outstanding, mixed-use destination of 25,000 sqm of unique co-working spaces, microbreweries, a museum, restaurants, bars and cafés.

Inspired by its rich heritage, the aim was to renew the iconic Old Brewhouse into an exemplary contemporary workspace and public attraction, and, beyond its 200m long existing listed colonnade create Trident Park - seven buildings, without air-conditioning using chilled floor slabs, set between six public landscaped courtyards.

Trident Park achieves a 55% reduction in carbon footprint compared to Malta’s prevailing standard.
