A duplex spanning 170 meters, a sanctuary for the collector's soul, blending art and living in a gallery's embrace. Here, where public and private dance in harmony, a home unfolds—spacious, serene, a functional ballet. At its core, a linear room of 40 meters, where life and feast merge beneath a rustic stair, whispering of stone and wood.
Doors vanish, revealing realms: a living, a kitchen, a hidden suite for service and rest. The master's chamber, a private sanctum with its bath, a dress in shadow. Beige and brown paint tranquility, while eucalyptus and oak clothe walls in warmth. A table, chairs by Cassina, light by Poulsen—elements in elegant conspiracy. Amidst Iranian travertine, Cassina's Soriana, Lin Brasil's embrace, a tableau of sophistication. A TV stand, bespoke, Ceccotti chairs against time, a kitchen garden-level, complete.
