The project is located in an underutilized urban space in Bento Gonçalves, on a site defined by a steep slope and panoramic views. Designed to redefine the city’s core, it introduces a vibrant new center that seamlessly integrates architecture, culture, and cultural heritage.
Guided by territorial consulting, the proposal addresses the lack of green spaces and tourist attractions downtown, fostering a dynamic urban experience. The development features five circular towers—three residential and two mixed-use—arranged around an elevated public plaza envisioned as an inviting pedestrian destination, and a winding street. The active commercial base ensures a continuous flow of people, cultivating an atmosphere of energy and engagement.
The choice of circular forms enhances natural light, optimizes pedestrian circulation, and establishes an iconic architectural landmark. Thoughtfully integrated biophilic elements, solar panels, and water reuse systems, along with the use of local materials, reflect the project's forward-thinking commitment to sustainability. With a strong pursuit of LEED certification, this initiative sets a new benchmark for responsible and innovative urban development
