In Los Cabos, Mexico, Cabo Corazón Hotel is being renewed with the addition of Torre Corazón, an angular structure that connects and integrates the spatial relationships between the two original towers, consolidating a rehabilitation model that preserves the historical memory of the original building.
The new white concrete addition, features horizontal bands inspired by nautical typologies. It creates a visual rhythm that interacts with the verticality of the original towers, harmonizing the pre-existing façade with that of the new volume.
Its central atrium organizes internal circulation and efficiently connects public spaces, guest rooms, and amenities. On the ground floor, the lobby links the restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, extending toward the outdoor pool and providing direct access to the beach club.
The project seeks to revitalize the pre-existing structures, integrating them into a new functional and aesthetic scheme in an area where the hospitality sector is undergoing regeneration.
