NOVO LAND is a private residential development providing 4,585 apartments, where residents enjoy indoor communal facilities of 59,000 SF housed within the Residents’ Clubhouse.

The Club seeks to enhance the quality of life by encouraging participation in all of the health and community activities. The Club has received Well building certification to Gold standard, that considers seven core concepts: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.

The club projects a Scandinavian design theme; all five Scandinavian countries appear in the top 10 “Happiest Countries in the World” measured, in part, on a healthy work-life balance.

Natural finishes are a consistent theme throughout the clubhouse with fresh, enlivening colours introduced in furnishings and artworks to create inviting spaces.

There area 100+ art pieces from local Hong Kong artists. These cover 4 concepts: joy and harmony, health and wellness, green living and family love. Interior landscaping brings warmth and softness to the interiors.

The clubhouse is an extension of living space and within the clubhouse there is also generous provision of co-working areas, seen as an extension of the home-office.
