The project is located in a newly developed urban district concentrated with biotech companies. As a landmark corporate service center, it consists of two buildings—a hotel and an apartment tower—that address the essential accommodation needs of business professionals for both short-term and long-term stays, while also providing key support functions such as commercial, conference, and dining facilities.

Externally, the project’s boundary responds to the city interface by adopting a rectilinear form, enabling the buildings to blend seamlessly with the urban fabric and character. Internally, fluid and streamlined surfaces create lively, friendly, open, and dialogic spaces, establishing the development as a vibrant engine of the tech district, encouraging interaction and innovation among its users.

The two high-rise towers are cleverly staggered to maximize sunlight exposure in the living spaces. Their curved façades not only shape a futuristic, technology-inspired image but also optimize cityscape views for every residential unit, enhancing residents’ quality of life and connection to the surrounding city.
