Set in eastern Singapore near the country’s most iconic beach, Emerald of Katong is a luxurious condominium with a sales gallery designed to evoke a refined resort atmosphere. Named by the client, the project embraces green as its accent colour—echoing the "emerald" and reinforcing its connection to nature.
The reception area is intentionally understated, featuring soft lighting and a sculptural, custom reception counter finished in textured metallic paint with a green marble top. Above, pendant lights shaped like birds in flight add a poetic, idyllic touch.
Natural wood paneling and green marble continue into the model area, creating a cohesive visual identity. Wooden screens with metal inlays subtly guide visitors toward the discussion zone. Upthrown lighting softens the overall ambiance, while thoughtfully designed semi-private pockets add depth and encourage exploration.
Lush indoor greenery, seamlessly integrated with the furniture, reinforces the project’s coastal inspiration—bringing nature indoors in a modern, elegant way.
