Danske IT, a subsidiary of a major multinational retail bank appointed Vestian as Development Management Consultant to design and build their new facility of approximately 25,000 sq ft, spanning across 1 floor. The project construction went live during the pandemic and had to be completed in 60 days. Vestian is an ISO 14001 and 45001 company and is very conscientious about safety and security at its premisses/ sites/ workplaces. We drew up pandemic protocols for construction at this particular project. Prior to commencement, team Vestian studied the premises, logistics and created pandemic protocols to understand how construction could be commenced at the site while ensuring health and safety of all personnel at the construction site.
We created a bio bubble for the entire workforce that not only included employees of Vestian, but also for the labour force at site.

•Labour movement protocols
•Transportation protocols
•F& B protocols
We also ensured bio load of the entire construction site was controlled.
