Our design is a harmony of natural and eco-friendly materials, with the aim to reflect the food and culture of the restaurant – plant-based, high-quality and environmentally-friendly. Every single material that we used evidences our belief that an eco-friendly restaurant is defined equally by its style and its philosophy.
The design of the 170-square-meter restaurant centers around the concept of a treehouse through the use of various organic plant-based materials, offering customers the opportunity to connect with nature while navigating the city life. The wood-lined interior features Kirei wood and bamboo furnishings on table-tops, slates, wall coverings and many other decorative details. The material palette uses materials in their original colour and finish wherever possible. Such approach is both environmentally friendly and sustainable, while evoking the feeling of a homely and cozy hideaway.
