Located in Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay, which is the core of the Greater Bay Area, the project is a mega industrial park integrating office, commercial, exhibition, hotel and apartment. The project covers a site area of 220,000 sq. m. and the GFA is 1.21 million sq. m. While preserving the characteristics of single buildings, this Industrial Park will also guarantee the integrity of the large cluster of buildings, which allows PH Alpha Design to go beyond itself in the design of industrial parks.
Incorporating the natural environment for the landscapes and using "Thousands of Miles Written in Mind" as the overall design philosophy, this industrial park is both magnificent and unique. By utilizing its multi-level square space design, PH Alpha Design creates characteristic platforms in a range of heights to create green, ecological public social spaces and create multidimensional emotional connections between people and people, as well as people and nature.
GENZON Binhaiwan Bay Area Industrial Park plays a vital role in deep integration between innovative technologies and ecological environment. This project will become yet another landmark in the central region of the Greater Bay Area.
