3 Henrietta Street is a beautifully restored five floor building in the heart of Covent Garden. We took this building and transformed it into an all-day dining destination. A hub for locals and visitors alike, it is home to 4 concepts: Pivot, El Ta’koy, Lilly’s Café and coffee house favourite, The Gentlemen Baristas. Each floor of the townhouse was carefully restored and designed to give each level and each concept its own distinct character, whilst also preserving the original features and quirks that make the Grade 2 listed building so special.

Each restaurant space has been individually designed to create a different customer experience inspired by the chefs - Lilly’s Cafe has an astrological underscore whilst Pivot is a modern interpretation of the Victorian Dining Room. El Ta’Koy has taken its design inspiration from a modern take on a Polynesian Pacific aesthetic. Our design had to truly work within the location and we worked closely with the Covent Garden Committee to integrate the different restaurants into a building with exceptional historical interest whist still retaining a modern contemporary feel. This also needed to compliment the wider Covent Garden environment.
