The designer recesses the building to add more greenery and layers in the sales center. Simple materials such as terrazzo and transparent glass are used to construct a cozy environment.
Upon entering the space, the terrazzo flooring immediately brings the visitors back to a vintage era of Taiwanese housing. The raised ceiling extends the view and adds layers to the space. A large area of the French Windows frames outdoor greenery and brings it in. The storage area is covered with all-black wooden doors. The island is made of terrazzo, which is clearly correspond with the floor and the wall, and naturally blends with the space. The unique and natural texture of stucco combines with grey color, creating a calm atmosphere.
The show flat contains living room, dining room, restroom and bedroom. The dining room, open kitchen and wine tasting area enrich the layers and create a space for people to communicate. The shelf made of metal functions as a shelf to display wine, books and other objects, and it separates the wine tasting area as well. Calm grey and brown are fundamental colors of the main bedroom where cozy lighting and sufficient storage space is provided.
