This large office renovation project aims to unify all different company groups in 8 floors to respond changes in new work styles.
Design concept is "KAITEKI PLANET” which expresses comfortable work environment using different nature elements on earth. Our design fosters communication and unity throughout offices spanning multiple floors, creating new working style that is unique to all groups.
We used two different areas such as TERRACE and ATELIER: TERRACE for ABW and collaboration and ATELIER for work desks and intensive work. In TERRACE area, we planned and designed based on each floor theme: Sea, Ground, Forest, Sky, Sunrise, and Earth. Each floor has different color scheme per theme, so employees can enjoy visiting each floor. We also studies circulation of floor plans to align with floor theme key elements. ATELIER area uses common brand color "KAITEKI BLUE" to create sense of unity as single team workspace.
We considered sustainable design by using fabrics that return to soil and chairs made from recycled plastic bottles. We also respected products produced by client such as Alpolic (aluminum composite materials) and Corian to design custom furniture.
