Lecong Red Star Macalline International Mall is located in Foshan Lecong, a national historical and cultural city, and a hot spot for furniture trading and commerce in the Pearl River Delta Region of China. Its total GFA is 210,000 square meters and the building has 6 floors (5 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground). PHA’s renovation design has comprehensively enhanced the internal and external functions and spaces of the original commercial space, including the facade, external plaza, and environmental planning, as well as the transformation of the internal space. The mall aims to change the design and shopping style of the traditional furniture outlet and create a new business model for consumers—an artsy and interactive shopping experience.
