The reception hall is filled with a natural atmosphere. Upon entering this area, a marble backdrop wall featuring mountain and water grain comes into sight. The interpenetrating blocks and the linear elements produce a sense of order in the space. The well-considered structures and proportions, as well as the twisting, splicing and layering of blocks, generate a sense of elegance. The combination of points, lines and planes shapes the spatial skeleton, defines the spatial order, and portrays rhythm and art.
At the property models area and the negotiation area, the design team created a sense of layering, and meanwhile combined various elements in an efficient and reasonable way, to ensure the variations and continuity of the textures of different materials, as well as the coordination and changes of spatial forms. The designers also bring local elements of Tongxiang, known as a "silk city", into the space. Like scroll paintings, silk decorations are placed at different layers of a cabinet, showing color gradients from the top down. Those silk items and the cabinet together form an orderly picture, and perfectly blend natural beauty with cultural charm.
