Officially opening its doors this past January, the 374 guest rooms are well-curated, compact rooms, while the public spaces beautifully incorporate the brand's energized and spacious elements. On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a restaurant, coffee bar and a sunken conversation pit. The second-floor lounge is a space for guests to unwind and relax with sofas, a bar, and an outdoor terrace.

Inspired by the property’s location on 24th Street, the interiors beautifully display the “24” design concept throughout the hotel. As guests explore, they will be captivated by the unique storytelling and how it is cohesively interpreted through select finishes, furnishings, color schemes and artwork. Luxurious materials such as mohairs, velvets and leather showcase a contemporary aesthetic with a slight nod to Art Deco style.

With its welcoming and vibrant space built from the ground up, the hotel is a spot for travelers and locals to come together. It is the perfect place to stop in and have a drink at the bar, socialize, or enjoy a little get away with family and friends.
