The architectural scheme of this project is for the renovation of the industrial area of Lijiangwei, Xiaohe Village, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The project is adjacent to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, with Jiangnan East Street to the east and Jiangnan Upper Road to the south. The park covers an area of approximately 68,237 square metres, with a total construction area of approximately 259,867.71 square metres (including basement area). The construction includes: high-tech standard workshops and their supporting dormitories and canteens for production and living needs. Combined with the theme of 5G information technology as the leading industry of the park, the design aims to create a simple and stylish image of the park externally, while the interior is arranged in a courtyard enclosure form to create a three-dimensional and rich office and living space.
