This design project formed part of the BA in Interior Design 3rd year curriculum at IIE Vega. The aim of the project was to design the interior of a craft beer ‘brewpub’
This new brewpub, Paradigm, is a microbrewery and restaurant that celebrates life and community. Based in Hazelwood, Pretoria, the quality craft beer is brewed and bottled on site. Delicious, artisanal flatbreads are also made by highly qualified chefs. The restaurant environment combines ancient Greek and modern styles to create a new paradigm where all are welcome and accepted. The slogan, “Giving you the freedom to create your own world”, is seen in every area of our brand from the food to the restaurant design. The brewpub not only offers quality products but also serves the community through the many empowerment campaigns.
