The project is located in Yinchuan, a core city in northwest China,1400 square meters, targeting people in need of buying house. The Developer hoped to create a living space with both quality and spiritual identity for people. Entrusted by this, the designer takes "urban reception hall" as design concept , local desert oasis in Ningxia as the cognitive carrier, and selected the most friendly desert-colored slate and warm wood veneer of people to create a unique design. A warm, comfortable, relaxed and warm space atmosphere, making people as friendly and natural as in their own living room.
The Sales Center has two core demands, delivering corporate value and realizing residential product sales. The first floor is arranged around the revolving art stair, which is regarded as the center of sense and traffic, and bears the function of relieving the traffic in the whole space. The revolving staircase with great visual tension and dandelion art decoration complement each other, forming a sharp contrast between simplicity and simplicity, projecting overlapping light and shadow in a pure and quiet space.
