This joy city is an urban complex project that combines a shopping center and office buildings. It is located in the Shijingshan District,the west of beijing. The total area is 230,000 square meters, including 110,000 square meters of commercial space (7 floors above ground, 2 floors below ground), 50,000 square meters of office space, and nearly 1,200 parking spaces. There are almost 300 brand stores.
For this project, we are responsible for the interior design of the B2F to 5 F's public spaces.
With the concept of "integrating local culture and creating a fashionable lifestyle experience space with the utmost humanistic care and quality of life", we have adopted a light industrial style as the design theme. Every corner of the building has its own unique characteristics. We hope that our customers can enjoy their own exclusive space in a modern and natural commercial atmosphere.
Specially, b1f is a trendy haven for young people. We use a fashionable monochromatic palette as the foundationand employing materials with a strong futuristic quality to craft a floor of elevated fashion sensitivity.This floor has attracted many fashionable brands to come and host events.
