This project stands out from Toronto’s glass towers by integrating terraces as central design features. The main tower’s cantilevered wrap-around terraces evoke modernist luxury, offering outdoor space, shading, and privacy, with upturned edges creating a distinctive pattern on the north and south façades. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide abundant light and views. The tower’s unique silhouette, created by canting three sides, directs views around adjacent towers. Positioned askew from the six-story podium, the design generates outdoor spaces around the amenity floor, separated by double-height glass. The tower’s broad north and south façades optimize views, while the slender east and west sides create a slim street presence, capped with a sculptural metal roof. The podium features long balconies with perforated facades, a stone-clad border, and a clear glass storefront. A spacious lobby connects the front and rear, with a sloped garden visible from Yonge Street and a grand porte-cochere at the rear.
