Through meticulous implementation of the stipulated criteria for LEED certification over twelve months, whilst maintaining a working office this one-a-kind commercial office is accredited with a LEED Gold Certification by the US Green Building Council.
The 185 sqm space elevates staff engagement and creativity by optimizing natural light and scenic community views and the added advantage of accommodating the various work arrangements. From open-plan height adjustable workstations to quiet work zones, a collaboration area, hot desking, and other multifunctional spaces are all aligned with the core value of "Minimalism."
