The history of this project is as captivating as its design. Nearly two decades ago, a young architect clinched his first major project competition win with the design of Istanbul's tallest skyscraper at the time. With its distinctive shape, groundbreaking composite structural design by world-renowned engineering company, and commitment to sustainability, it promised to be a crown jewel of the city. Construction commenced, but eventually stalled due to the owner's decision, leaving it in limbo for years.
After a prolonged period of neglect, during which it resembled a decaying tooth in Istanbul's vibrant Maslak district – renowned for its modernity and energy – the project has been revitalized by a new developer, while retaining the same architect, now older yet equally passionate. The refurbishment has embraced the latest technologies and standards, while preserving its originality. Meticulously reimagined, it aims to infuse Maslak with a fresh aesthetic vitality, offering the city a renewed sense of identity.
Upon completion, the structure not only promises a visual metamorphosis but also functional enhancements, solidifying its position as a modern landmark in the region.
