The outdoor landscape area of the project is committed to creating a vibrant co-living space that embodies the site’s history while blending with contemporary design that meets the need of modern urban living, while featuring various elements that cater to both functional and aesthetic aspects. The 2/F Outdoor BBQ area offers two sets of outdoor grill and dining spaces, providing versatility for gatherings. The Sitting-out Area offers a stepped resting space that is designed for relaxation, socializing, and outdoor breaks, with materials inspired by the urban surroundings. Around the landscape area, an extensive feature wall acts as a visual focal point and boundary, separating the landscape from the cityscape. On 3/F, the Me-time zone provides tranquil spots with comfortable seating for residents seeking solitude. There are also specific areas like the Pets Garden with pet-play equipment and a Kids Play Area designed for active play and imaginative exploration. Additionally, historic items from the site are repurposed as urban furniture, connecting the present with the past and adding a unique historical touch to the landscape design.
