The house is developed on the basement, ground floor and first floor, with the ground floor raised 1.50 m from the level of the entrance to the plot from the street.
Through the double-height hall illuminated by a curtain wall, you can see the wooden cantilever staircase that distributes the entire house and that at the end of it allows access to the large living area that has a double-height space, onto which the open office on the first-floor overlooks. The living room is completely glazed around the entire perimeter, with sliding doors that open to the views of the outdoor pool, it is connected to the kitchen through a large sliding door and both spaces give access to the outdoor porches directly connected to the pool. The pool overflows into a rest area that has an outdoor fire pit and connects to the rest of the garden. All the spaces in the house open onto the outside, allowing access to the public space outside from the public spaces, on the other hand, the rest of the bedrooms open onto the outside through the covered terraces on the first floor. The house has been powered by geothermal energy and photovoltaic solar panels, to be a self-sufficient home in terms of consumption
