However, it is in desperate need of updated facilities and real estate due to the fast-growing population and regional development. The Pavilion project is an expansive 170-hectare development poised to be a cornerstone for Erbil's growth and a step towards a modern, comfortable lifestyle. Our vision encompasses residential and office units, social and cultural areas, and green spaces tailored to Erbil's climate. This project aims to create a new city center and a vibrant point of attraction, offering a blend of contemporary living and natural tranquility. Pavilion will serve as a dynamic hub for the community, fostering social interaction and cultural enrichment. Combining traditional private housing with multi-story residences and offering a wide range of social amenities, the project is designed to appeal to all types of users. Here we prioritized social and cultural areas, creating places for people to meet, communicate, and connect. This approach not only fosters community interaction but also enriches the cultural fabric of the region, making the space meaningful and valuable.
