As the name suggests,HIK (Hiding in the Kitchen), provides a unique dining experience with tailored services within an elegant private atmosphere. Divided into three spaces - the lounge bar, dining room and wine gallery, the exclusive venue was originally a bicycle garage for the building. The open kitchen is staged around the dining tables, allowing guests to engage and connect directly with chefs whilst their cravings for transparency and craftsmanship are also satisfied.
The preparation stations around the dining area are articulated with exquisite materials such as translucent stone, wood planks, perforated copper panels and stainless-steel surfaces. The satin terrazzo flooring, mixed with handcrafted copper chips, conveys a sense of individuality and craftsmanship that is also convenient to maintain. A pair of wooden doors towards the rear of the space unveil the decadent wine cellar. Adorned with crystal chandeliers and oak wine shelves, the celebrated gallery displays a rare collection of fine wines from around the world.
Aligned with the chef’s culinary philosophy, HIK9 combines unique materials, accessories and impeccable craftsmanship to cultivate a journey for all sense.
