In 2015, Sarstedt AG & Co KG decided to take a forward-looking approach to expanding its company headquarters in Nümbrecht. With this €25 million project, completed in 2022, the company invested in the continued development and expansion of their campus.
Out of several design proposals for the new administration building, the decision was made in favour of the “Welcome” concept. This motto is reflected in all areas, from the architectural design of the building to the interior design and furniture. The innovative and modern design—both inside and out—creates ideal conditions and a high-quality working environment through its multifunctional layout.
The bright and spacious visitor reception area on the ground floor offers a welcoming first impression. Together with the floors above, it acts as a central distributor and meeting point. Open-plan office spaces for the Marketing, Advertising, International Sales, and Supervisory Board departments characterize the building. This contemporary working atmosphere, the new company restaurant and terrace, training areas, multimedia exhibition spaces, and individual quiet zones are just some of the new features added to the company premises.
