As part of the city municipality's general plan and within the framework of strict urban planning regulations, we developed a concept for a residential complex with variable building heights, as well as a series of townhouses.
The goal was to create architecture that avoids excessive luxury and overly complex solutions, while still standing out as a visual landmark and enhancing the character of the area.
One of the key features of the project is the use of screen elements that function as acoustic diffusers. These are made from HPL panels finished with natural veneer, reinforcing the project’s connection to nature and material honesty.
In addition to the block development, we also designed a set of townhouses under the same planning constraints. By using the same materials and design techniques, we ensured a unified visual identity across the project. At the same time, each townhouse retains its own unique character, creating a cohesive yet diverse architectural ensemble.

Being adherents of natural minimalism, the architects design progressive forms and interior spaces in residential, commercial and public real estate segments. From 2017 to current day, the team keeps on producing non-trivial educational films on YouTube on architecture, design, and industry legends, inspiring audiences to gain a deeper understanding of architecture and design.
