Directly connected via walkways to Hiroshima Station, this vibrant food hall, embodying the "Delta" concept inspired by Hiroshima's rivers, mountains, and industrial heritage, acts as a dynamic gateway. The open-concept space, divided into seven interconnected zones by bespoke furniture, fosters seamless flow and unity mirroring Hiroshima's diverse urban fabric.
Guests experience a curated journey from the welcoming entrance with a bakery and local retail to the refined ambiance of the full-service restaurant and VIP salon at the rear. Locally-inspired materials, like pebble terrazzo recalling mountain streams and shell-inlaid counters echoing the coast, subtly reflect Hiroshima's natural beauty and history, enriching the sensory experience.
Strategically located beneath offices, the food hall offers a compelling model for integrated urban spaces in Asia, enhancing vibrancy and convenience for workers and visitors. Its delta-like layout, mimicking the Ota River's branches, naturally draws customers, encouraging exploration and contributing to revitalization and community among locals and travelers.
