A dynamic shift in the building’s length responds to the reclaimed peninsula between a private beach and marina, creating a dramatic four-storey opening that frames uninterrupted sea views. This shift separates landward F&B and spa zones from the seaward guest rooms, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. The hotel features BOH services, parking, a marina, and beach at grade, with a grand arrival and drop-off above.
