Serava Villa is a private residence located in one of the most secluded and exclusive areas of Abu Dhabi. The design draws inspiration from the surrounding desert landscape and nearby sea, interpreting their fluidity, textures, and tones through sculptural forms and a muted material palette.
The architecture unfolds as a sequence of calm, luminous volumes. Soft curves, deep overhangs, and filtered light create a spatial experience grounded in subtle architectural complexity. The layout prioritizes privacy and introspection: each suite functions as an independent living unit, framed by curated outdoor views and modulated daylight.
Natural stone, textured plaster, and warm wood tones reflect local identity while conveying timeless elegance. The project blends quiet luxury with contextual sensitivity, redefining private coastal living as a harmonious dialogue between landscape, form, and feeling.
