Le Jardin was born from an innovative concept for a mixed-use building in the city of São Paulo. Featuring an active facade, office buildings, compact studios, and high-end apartments, the project features an architectural and volumetric approach that overlaps in its uses, yet is set within the constructive and cultural traditions of such an iconic neighborhood as Pinheiros.
The concept of meshwork, volumes, and biophilia intertwine with traditional mashrabiyas, vegetated clotheslines, window sill planters, and a more residential feel, even for the office building, revealing a hierarchy that blends with the facade materials used, evoking the atmosphere of Pinheiros' old townhouses.
At the base, we have active facades and office buildings stacked with compact studios, residential leisure facilities, and a residential tower with two high-end units per floor. This overlapping use completes a system where living, working, shopping, leisure, and more interconnect. All this with extensive urban infrastructure in one of the most established regions of the city of São Paulo.
